Aynsophar - Abysmal Secrets Of Unknown

Já o poeta Fernando Pessoa dizia na sua “Mensagem”: “Quando o homem sonha a obra nasce.”. Aqui não foi um homem mas sim uma mulher, a Húngara Barbara Teleki, que materializou no EP de estreia “Abysmal Secrets of Unknown” a sua forma crua e negra de ver o Ser Humano. Para este projeto Aynsophar (nome que deriva do Hebraico “Ain Soph Aur” que significa “Luz Sem Limites”) contou com a colaboração de músicos experientes. Na voz das faixas “Abysmal Secrets of Unknown” e “Feed The Machine” ouvimos Chris Lytle (Insatanity), ficando na primeira faixa o baixo a cargo de Lars Gygax (Irony of Fate) e a segunda voz para Travis Green (Maiden BC); Richard Ruszkai assumiu as vozes em “Inhuman Conditions” e “Eternal Soul Damnation”, enquanto que todos os arranjos, programações e restantes instrumentalizações ficaram a cargo de Barbara.

Ao ritmo de uma toada progressiva que emana da guitarra de Barbara corre toda uma torrente negra e visceral que advém das vozes guturais ao bom estilo death metal, criando uma ambiência musical de sensações díspares. A musicalidade varia entre uma passagem mais rock blues até compassos mais acelerados do domínio do black metal; em conjunto com os guturais até dá a sensação de estarmos na presença de uma banda de death metal técnico, enquanto que a voz limpa dá um toque doom. Barbara mostra proficiência e versatilidade musical, o que lhe permite alternar entre estilos e velocidades de forma fácil; ao nível da composição apresenta-nos uma boa conjugação de todos os elementos, o que leva a que estas quatro faixas se apresentem ricas em termos de conteúdo musical.

Este é um excelente trabalho de estreia que mostra a visão muito própria que Barbara tem do Ser Humano. Em breve poderemos ter mais destas “visões” pois já se encontra a trabalhar em novas faixas; cá estaremos para as devorar.

In this case it wasn’t a man but a woman, Hungarian Barbara Teleki, that materialized through the debut EP “Abysmal Secrets of Unknown” her raw and dark vision of the Human Being. For this Aynsophar (name that comes from the Hebrew “Ain Soph Aur” which means “Limitless Light”) project add the collaboration of expert musicians. In vocals of tracks “Abysmal Secrets of Unknown” and “Feed The Machine” we can listen Chris Lytle (Insatanity), with the first track being in charge of Lars Gygax (Irony of Fate) in the bass and Travis Green (Maiden BC) with back vocals; Richard Ruszkai did the vocals in “Inhuman Conditions” and “Eternal Soul Damnation” while all other arrangements, programming and further instrumentation were done by Barbara.

At the sound of a progressive pace that emanates from Barbara’s guitar flows this black and visceral stream that comes from the guttural voices in good old death metal style, creating a musical ambiance of mixed feelings. The musicality goes from a rock blues passage to more speedy compasses like black metal type; combined with the gutturals it gives the sensation that we’re in the presence of a melodic technical death metal band, while the clean voice gives a touch of doom. Barbara shows musical proficiency and versatility which grants her the ability to shift between styles and speeds easily; regarding composition it presents us a good combination of all the elements which leads that this four tracks be rich in terms of musical content.

This is an excellent debut work that shows a very unique vision that Barbara has of the Human Being. Soon we can have more of this “visions” because she is already working on new tracks; we’ll be here to devour them.
